Prod release with the following bug fixes/updates:

• Article Editor: dropdowns overlapping with NFT embed popup
• Article Editor: Notification popout overlapping toolbar
• Article Editor: Cover image dimensions hint added with max file size
• Re-designed card for article on feed
• Home Page: Community rules link added to footer
• Sidebar: reduced image area to save space
• Backend: Improving the quality of the thumbnails we are generating for article covers when shown in feed
